How to Integrate AI Meeting Summaries with Your CRM and Task Manager
Connect Sunoh.ai meeting notes to your CRM and project management tools to keep customer context fresh and turn every call into trackable tasks automatically.
Work management with AI teammates, smart summaries and status updates, free for up to 10 users
Asana is a work management platform, and its AI layer — marketed as AI Teammates — summarizes projects, drafts status updates, triages incoming requests and flags tasks at risk. It’s free for teams up to 10 people; Starter is $10.99 per user per month, Advanced $24.99 on annual billing.
A teammate is a configured agent with a role, a scope of projects and permissions. You can add a “Marketing Coordinator” that watches a campaign project, drafts weekly status updates and creates follow-up tasks. Asana also ships AI Studio for building rules that trigger AI actions automatically, and a Smart Status feature that writes the update from actual task movement rather than your memory.
Worth knowing: AI features are gated. The free plan gets none of the agentic stuff. Starter gets Smart Summaries and a limited number of AI actions; Advanced and Enterprise unlock Studio and multi-agent setups.
Depends on whether your projects actually hold structured data. Smart Status reads task titles, due dates and comments. If your team uses Asana as a glorified to-do list with vague task names, the generated status will be vague too. Teams that name tasks properly and comment in-thread get noticeable value.
The friction: Advanced at $24.99/user/month is a real jump from Starter, and many teams pay it only for AI Studio and portfolios. Also expect to spend a week or two tuning agents before they stop creating duplicate tasks — first-run triage agents are notoriously over-eager. Small teams that just need boards should stay free or look elsewhere.
