Step 1: Set Up Your Brand Kit

After signing up at simplified.com, the first thing you should do is set up your Brand Kit. Navigate to Brand Kit in the left sidebar and upload your logo, enter your brand colors (hex codes), and select your brand fonts. This ensures that every piece of content you create — whether it’s a social graphic, a video, or a document — automatically uses your brand elements. If you’re managing multiple brands (e.g., an agency), create a separate Brand Kit for each client.

Step 2: Create a Social Media Graphic with AI

From the dashboard, click Design and choose a template or start from scratch. Select the canvas size for your target platform (Instagram Post, Facebook Cover, etc.). To generate an image using AI, click the AI Image Generator tab, describe what you want (e.g., “modern office workspace with plants and natural light”), and click Generate. Choose your favorite result, add your brand logo and text overlays, and your graphic is ready in minutes.

Step 3: Write AI-Enhanced Copy

With your graphic ready, switch to the AI Writer tab. Select a template like “Instagram Caption” or “Ad Copy” and enter a brief description of your product or offer. Simplified generates multiple variations — pick the one that fits your brand voice, or use the AI to rewrite it with a different tone. You can also use the long-form writer to create full blog posts, which Simplified can then auto-format into multiple social posts.

Step 4: Create a Short-Form Video

For video content, click Video from the dashboard. Choose a short-form template (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) or start blank. Import your own clips or use the text-to-video feature: paste your script and Simplified generates a video with stock footage, transitions, and auto-subtitles. Use the AI subtitle generator to add animated captions — proven to boost engagement on short-form content. Add your brand watermark and export.

Step 5: Schedule and Publish to Social Media

Now that you have your graphic, copy, and video ready, switch to the Social Media tab. Connect your accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest). Upload your content, add your captions, and choose your posting times. Simplified’s content calendar gives you a visual overview of your posting schedule. You can also use the AI to suggest optimal posting times based on your audience’s activity patterns.

Step 6: Collaborate with Your Team

If you’re working with a team, invite members via email and assign roles (editor, reviewer, admin). Team members can collaborate on designs in real-time, leave comments on specific elements, and approve content before it goes live. Step 7: Review Analytics and Optimize

After your content is published, check Simplified’s analytics dashboard to see how each post performed. Track engagement, reach, and click-through rates across all platforms. Use these insights to refine your next batch of content — if certain types of graphics or captions consistently outperform others, double down on that format.
